Why is the game's download through a mega, or drive download?  It should just be available right through itchio.  That seems.. sketchy, to say the least.

Good point.

I'm using external hosting for now simply because the build is quite large, itchio doesnt give more space and I'm still figuring out the best distribution workflow. As the project grows, I'd like to make downloading as straightforward as possible.

Thanks for pointing it out!

Looks nice, works great on Linux.

I think some of the controls are not working yet, e.g. space, alt, C... At least I couldn't get them to do anything meaningful.

I found the "beat the storm" quest to be exremely difficult to complete in due time because of the waves.

I'm not sure how to "stabilize" the dragon, e.g. if I make a turn, it'll just keep flying sideways. Maybe there's something I don't know.

Oh, Thanks for testing it on Linux! That's really valuable to know.

Regarding the controls:

• Yes, C is for landing, Alt works with zero thrust (both options are blocked in the current build). Use Space + Shift. It is boosted flap and it allows you to fly faster (if you have stamina enough).

• For the stabilization use Q/E. This will roll you along the longitudinal axis. The physics model uses "roll-to-turn". Stabilization is intentionally physics-based rather than automatic, but if multiple players find it confusing I'll definitely will add more of tutorial phases.

Yeah, "Beat the Storm" is brutal. And this is only the first phase in the Arena-mode.)

Dev: if you want the dragon to fly further, leave your comments ;)

is this image made with ai?????
nvm it clearly is. please do not use ai man... you have the ability to use in game assets and edit the photo to look similar to this slop. use of ai often makes ppl lose respect, and see things as cheap and low effort, making us wonder where else may you put little effort?
